公司主要业务有：建设工程项目投资咨询、可行性研究；建设工程项目招标代理；建设工程项目全过程造价咨询；建设工程项目投资监理、结算审价；动拆迁费用评估与审核及建设工程司法鉴定等。

Shanghai First Surveying, LTD. is a consulting firm, which is
established in 1994 by a group of professional MRICS, to provide
whole process service to cost management of the building industry
by adopting standards and domestic practices.
Our professional capability and well established track records
let us be awarded the following qualification, National class
A Tendering Agency, National Class A Construction Cost Management,
Provisional Class A Construction Supervision, and Procurement
Agency for Shanghai Municipal Government.
Our main scope service is construction investing consulting,
feasibility research, construction tendering agency and construction
IT development, etc.
We currently have a group of professional covering most disciplines
of the building industry, which include members of Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors, members of Chartered Institution of
Builders, National Registered Construction Cost Engineers, National
Registered Construction Supervision Engineers, National Registered
Real Estate appraisal persons, National Registered Investment
Consultancy Eegineers, Senior Economists, Senior Engineers,
etc.. We have utilized new technology and modern management
